Faith Community Health

The motto of Faith Community Health is, “Sharing God’s love through whole-person care.” They work to provide affordable healthcare for everyone, by offering prescriptions and healthcare at income-based rates that are affordable. They say, “As a faith-based charitable organization, our vision is to share God’s love through whole-person care. It’s our mission to provide access to affordable healthcare and promote wellness of spirit, mind, and body for the underserved who live or work in our community.”

Employers can also be provided with membership-based services called FaithCare. This service allows employees who are uninsured to pay just a $10 membership fee, that is supported by contributions from the employer monthly. Urgent care visits are available through KWIKCare at only $75 or less, and prescriptions only require a $10 monthly fee. Most recently, FaithCare Virtual Visits were added, which allows members to reach CoxHealth providers through a smartphone app or computer.

Faith Community Health was founded in 2007, when some Branson residents wanted to find a solution to help the uninsured families in Stone and Taney counties. They found their inspiration from the Memphis Church Health Center. They started out with partnerships with Skaggs Regional Medical Center and the Ozark Mountain Family YMCA. Then, in 2013, they partnered with Cox Medical Center Branson.
